Abstract
Original letters from the CCHS Manuscripts Collection, MS #8659, courtesy of Chester County Historical Society, West Chester, PA. Ann Preston was a member of the first graduating class of the Woman's Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1852. She became the first woman dean of the College in 1866.
