| Abstract: | Promoting positive outcomes (engagement, understanding, analysis and knowledge creation) in education is difficult at the best of times. When social and physical distance is factored in the task becomes far more daunting. This study examines outcomes from online learning courses and demonstrates the value of different moderation and scaffolding strategies. Further the study shows the relationship between interactional behaviors and learning outcomes. |
